Comphy didn’t just enter the spa linen category, it invented it. The brand sells to two very different audiences at once: the spa, resort, and hospitality professionals who buy at wholesale, and the guests who fall for the sheets on a massage table and want them at home. The site had to speak to both without ever feeling like two sites stitched together.
We designed and built a single, calm Shopify experience to carry it all. The brand story pages, from the sensory “Touch” page to the founder’s story, the sleep study, and the sustainability work, were rebuilt into one editorial system: charcoal on cream, serif headlines, and plenty of room to breathe. Behind the storefront we rebuilt the entire wholesale account flow, login, registration, dashboard, orders, and addresses, along with gated trade pricing, so professional buyers get the same considered experience as everyone else.
The result is a site that lives up to “Developed for Spa. Designed for Ahh.” It treats the professional buyer and the at-home guest with equal care, and it lets the product, soft, quiet, and confident, do the talking.
